1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, contact us, buy a water purifier, or book a repair or service with Green S Enterprises, run by Deepak Kumar at 108, Thakurpur Road, Prem Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248007. By booking or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

• Sale and installation of RO, UV and UF water purifiers.
• Doorstep repair and service for RO purifiers, refrigerators, ACs, washing machines, microwaves, geysers and chimneys.
• Free home water (TDS) testing where offered.

We mainly serve Premnagar and nearby areas of Dehradun. For other areas, please ask first.

3. Bookings and visits

• You can book by phone, WhatsApp or through this website.
• We will confirm a visit time. Times can change because of traffic, weather or parts. We will tell you if this happens.
• Please make sure an adult is at home during the visit.
• To cancel or change a visit, please tell us as early as possible.

4. Prices and quotes

• Prices on this website and in our offers can change without notice. Offers are valid while stock lasts.
• For repairs, the technician checks the appliance first and tells you the cost before starting work.
• A visit or inspection charge may apply if you choose not to go ahead with the repair.
• Spare parts are charged extra, as told to you before fitting.

5. Payment

Payment is due when the work is done or when the product is delivered, unless we agree otherwise. We accept cash, UPI and other methods we tell you about. You will get a bill or invoice.

6. Free installation

Free installation is available within 7 km of our Premnagar shop, unless an offer says otherwise. Extra pipes, fittings, wall work or long distances may be charged.

7. Warranty

• New purifiers carry the manufacturer's warranty, as written on the warranty card.
• Repair work and parts we fit may carry a limited service warranty. We will tell you the period on the bill.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power fluctuation, very hard or dirty water, physical damage, or repairs done by someone else.
• Filters, membranes and other consumable parts wear out with use and are not covered.

8. Returns and refunds

If a new product is faulty when delivered, tell us within 48 hours. We will repair or replace it as per the manufacturer's policy. Services already done cannot be refunded, but we will check again and fix any problem with our work.

9. Your responsibilities

• Give us correct contact details and address.
• Tell us about the problem honestly so we can bring the right parts.
• Use products as shown in the user manual and get regular filter service.

10. Limits of our liability

We do our work with care. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably expect, or for problems caused by old wiring, plumbing, water quality or things outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.

11. Website, WhatsApp and AI assistant

Information on this website is for general guidance and may change. Some calls and chats may be handled by an AI assistant. Please confirm important details, like price and visit time, with our team. How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do.

13. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
